I have been a professional editorial and advertising photographer for more than 30 years. For the greater part of my career
I worked from my studio in London, but for the last 10 years I have lived, with my wife Jenny, deep in the French countryside.
My client list includes most of the the major magazines including Elle, Marie Claire, Red, Olive, Homes & Gardens, and the colour
supplements of the Sunday Times, Observer and Telegraph. Much of my time was spent illustrating cookery books as well as
shooting advertising campaigns, both moving film and stills, with leading European advertising agencies for diverse clients including
Kellogs, Dolmio, Heinz, Sainsburys, Tesco, Danone, British Meat, Nestle, Masterfoods, Tilda and Homepride.

Apart from running digital photography courses ( see Camerahols), specialising in daylight food photography, I still shoot food stories
with the well known food writer, Mary Cadogan, who lives nearby.

My library pictures are available from Stockfood International and Getty Images.
